Judge drops bombshell ruling, orders Biden to build Trump’s wall

A U.S. District Court Judge, Drew Tipton, has mandated that Joe Biden’s administration must resume the construction of the border wall between the United States and Mexico, utilizing the funds that were designated for this purpose during 45th President Donald Trump’s tenure.

Judge Tipton’s ruling came in response to the Biden administration’s decision to stop the construction of the border wall and redirect the funds, which had been approved by Congress in 2019 for this specific project. On his initial day in office, Biden had put a halt to all border wall construction activities.

The legal challenge brought forward by Texas and Missouri accused the Biden administration of not adhering to the congressional directive to utilize the allocated funds for border wall construction. Judge Tipton’s injunction clearly states that the administration is “ENJOINED and RESTRAINED from implementing the July 2022 Amended Plan” that diverted the funds from their intended use for border construction to other purposes like mitigation, remediation, or repairs.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton highlighted the significance of this ruling, emphasizing that President Biden’s actions to stop the wall construction and attempt to redirect the funds were a clear deviation from the intended purpose as decided by Congress. He accused Biden of prioritizing open border policies over the mandated use of the funds.

Dale Wilcox of the Immigration Reform Law Institute echoed similar sentiments, criticizing the Biden administration for its disregard for immigration laws and celebrating the court’s decision to enforce the construction of the border wall as per legislative mandate.

The injunction underscores the principle that when Congress allocates funds for a specific purpose, the administration is legally obligated to use those funds as directed. This ruling is seen as a triumph for those advocating for stricter border security and adherence to the rule of law, reinforcing the notion that the administration must comply with congressional mandates regarding national security measures such as border wall construction.

The case, titled Texas v. Biden, is being heard in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and will continue to unfold as both parties prepare for a more comprehensive legal battle over the future of border security and immigration policies.

  1. About time something happened that makes sense. If congress holds the money and approves it, how could POS Biden redirect it without their consent? Now the house needs to cut some salaries of the alphabet mafia (CIA, FBI, DHS, SSA, DOJ, FDA, to name a few.
