It has been revealed that President Donald Trump will be in the United Kingdom during King Charles III’s coronation.
However, he is not expected to attend King Charles III’s coronation.
Foreign Secretary James Cleverly said, “We don’t invite individuals. What we do is we invite a representative or two representatives from each country with which we have a diplomatic relationship,” regarding the decision to allow the Chinese vice president, who led Beijing’s brutal crackdown on Hong Kong, to attend.
Trump, “who has repeatedly praised the Royal family, and the late Queen in particular, will be in Scotland to play golf on May 6,” according to The Telegraph.
Trump often visits his Turnberry resort in Scotland, which is managed by his two sons, Eric and Don, Jr.
The report notes that the 45th President paid $60 million for the Turnberry hotel and golf course in 2014.
Joe Biden will not attend King Charles’ coronation, although his wife, Jill Biden, will be in attendance at the once-in-a-lifetime ceremony.
