On Wednesday, Harvard Law School Professor Noah Feldman, who Democrats invited to testify in front of the House Judiciary Committee during the first hearing in the committee chaired by far-left Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), after being referred by the House Intelligence Committee, chaired by Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA).
During his opening statement, Feldman shot off a string of supposedly historical “facts” in the desperate attempt to prove that somehow, someway, President Trump should be impeached on any grounds necessary.
Mind you, this is the same guy who wrote a Bloomberg op-ed in March of 2017, just weeks after President Trump was inaugurated, claiming he should be impeached for allegedly “falsely claiming” Obama wiretapped his campaign. But Trump’s claims are validated, especially now that Attorney General William Barr confirmed spying did occur.
The fact that Feldman had a vendetta against Trump should have disqualified him as a witness, however, the Democrats put him on the stand to testify in front of the committee despite his clear bias.
One particular moment in his opening statement revealed his rabid hatred of President Trump, and his utter discontent for real Americans, somehow thinking they don’t realize what “high crimes and misdemeanors” means.
Feldman explained, “There’s no mystery about the words ‘high crimes and misdemeanors.’ The word ‘high’ modifies both crimes and misdemeanors. They’re both high. And ‘high’ means connected to the Office of the Presidency, connected to ‘office.’ A classic form that was familiar to the framers was the abuse of office for personal gain or advantage.”
The pretentious Harvard professor’s comments sure won’t resonate with the populous, who probably won’t appreciate being talked down to by a pompous Ivy League establishment hack, propped up as some kind of Constitutional “expert” by the House Judiciary Democrats.
Some commented on the professor’s testimony, writing, “This is the guy chosen by dems to educate us deplorables on impeachment?…. THANK U THANK U THANK U.”
