On Tuesday, President Donald Trump visited the U.S./Mexico border to inspect constriction on The Wall.
During his speech, he said, “Free speech is under assault like never before. The 25th Amendment is of zero risk to me but will come back to haunt Joe Biden and the Biden administration.”
This week, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) demanded the Vice President and the Cabinet invoke the 25th Amendment to remove President Trump, which they declined to do. The 25th Amendment reads as follows:
In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
