Trump says he will leave Walter Reed: ‘I feel better than I did 20 years ago!’

On Monday, President Donald Trump announced on Twitter that he will be leaving Walter Reed Medical Center, supposedly for the White House on Monday evening at 6:30 P.M. He previously checked into the hospital due to his positive diagnosis of COVID-19, along with the First Lady, who opted to stay at the White House to quarantine.

“I will be leaving the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M. Feeling really good! Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago,” he wrote.

This is a developing story that will be updated.
