WaPo couldn’t resist taking jab at Trump’s brother in his obituary

On Saturday, the Washington Post once again couldn’t resist taking a jab at President Trump, this time in the obituary of Trump’s younger brother, Robert, whose death was announced earlier that evening.

The headline for their article read, “Robert Trump, younger brother of President Trump who filed lawsuit against neice, dies at 71.”

The article makes sure to note Robert’s protest to his niece’s libelous book bashing President Trump called “Too Much Is Never Enough.” The book makes countless unfounded claims aimed at trying to tarnish the shine of President Trump, the Trump family, and the family’s legacy.

Washington Post soon changed the title to just “Robert Trump, younger brother of President Trump, dies at 71,” although the original headline can still be seen in the link to the article.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) blasted the Post, writing, “This headline, on an “obituary” no less, is sick. WaPo should be ashamed of itself. Robert Trump, RIP.”

Doug Collins ripped the Times for their disgusting headlines, referring to a previous obituary shining a light on slain terrorist Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, writing, “This is why we conservatives have an issue with the media.”

Even in death, the Washington Post still apparently feels the need to take one last jab before Robert Trump is laid to rest, as the Trump family grieves his loss.
