On Tuesday, February 5, 2020, Sen. Willard “Mitt” Romney of Utah voted with Democrats to convict President Donald J. Trump on the charge of abuse of power due to unadulterated hatred for the President.
Despite President Trump’s endorsement in 2018, support in his 2012 presidential run, and consideration for U.S. Secretary of State, Romney chose to look the other way to both the will of his constituents who voted for President Trump by a margin of 18% in 2016.
By voting with the radical Democrats to attempt a coup against President Trump, Willard Romney is embracing lawlessness and destruction of the U.S. Constitution.
