WATCH: Failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams says she will be President by 2040

In an interview with FiveThirtyEight, failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams remarked that she plans on being President of the United States by the year 2040.

When asked if she plans on being president within the next 20 years, she said, “Yes, I do.” She added, “That’s the plan. I’m very pragmatic.”

She was also questioned about her potentially being tapped to run for vice president in 2020, and she responded, “I accept that I exist in the political zeitgeist in a very specific way.”

To say Abrams is a little too big for her britches despite her failing to epic proportions in a statewide race is an understatement. Now she’s going from liberal news network to liberal news network craving attention, which makes it a hilarious prospect as to whether she could ever be President of the United States in the next 20 years, much less ever.
