Soleimani funeral postponed after at least 50 people killed in stampede

On Tuesday, it was revealed that Iranian terrorist commander General Qassem Soleimani’s funeral and burial have been postponed in his hometown of Kerman after at least 50 people were killed in a “stampede crush,” according to NBC News.

The stampede happened after hundreds of thousands of “mourners” gathered in Tehran for a similar procession.

An Associated Press report cites Pirhossein Koulivand, the head of Iran’s emergency medical services, who told state TV that at least 32 people had died and 190 were injured in the stampede.

Iran’s “semi-official” ISNA news agency said the burial has been postponed following the deaths.
