President Donald Trump’s campaign announced on Thursday that it raised $46 million in quarter four of 2019, the biggest haul of any candidate this cycle.
The massive fundraising leaves Trump with $102.7 million in cash on hand heading into his re-election year.
The fundraising is a sign that the American people are angered by the Democrats’ endless impeachment inquiry, which first started with claims Trump “colluded” with Russia to swing the 2016 election, and now claims that President Trump abuses his power by cutting corruption in Ukraine.
The numbers announced on Thursday do not account for the funds raised by the Republican National Committee, or anything raised by the campaign’s authorized joint fundraising committees.
