AOC triggered after Buttigieg’s college plan called ‘most progressive’ by WaPo — accuses him of using ‘GOP talking points’

Late Thanksgiving night, socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) took to Twitter to bash 2020 Democrat frontrunner South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg after he released a video on Twitter claiming his plan would not be “free for even the kids of millionaires.” Buttigieg’s plan would cover “free” (also known as taxpayer-funded) college for kids with household incomes of under $100,000. All households making $100-150,000 would have college significantly reduced, based on household income.

Apparently, that struck a nerve with AOC, as her favorite candidate, Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT), promises 100% free college for anyone, even kids of millionaires. She angrily wrote on Twitter, “This is a GOP talking point used to dismantle public systems, & it’s sad to see a Dem candidate adopt it. Let’s talk about why Republicans are wrong on this. Just like rich kids can attend public school, they should be able to attend tuition-free public college.”

The far-left newspaper The Washington Post ran an editorial earlier this November calling Mayor Pete’s plan “the most progressive,” and blasting socialist candidates Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) for their plans which “would wastefully hand tuition subsidies to wealthy families who don’t need the help.”
It doesn’t seem the full-blown Marxist AOC approves of the opinion of the Post, or with Mayor Pete’s plan to provide unaffordable taxpayer-funded college to people based on need. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez would much rather fund millionaires’ college educations also (the oh so evil 1% that she and Bernie despise). It doesn’t make much sense, but then again, it is AOC we’re talking about.
