According to CNN reports, Democrats are on a fast impeachment track, alleging that “all signs that President Donald Trump could be impeached as soon as next month,” and that unnamed “Democratic sources” say “timing is still fluid and could continue to evolve.”
So, will the Democrats take their articles of impeachment up for a vote by Christmas?
CNN says that the reason Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) is blocking Republican witnesses, for the sake of saving time and getting the impeachment inquiry to the floor by Christmas.
Also alleged by CNN is that “Democrats also withdrew a subpoena of a former White House official to ensure their proceedings were not delayed by a court battle.”
If Schiff is able to get Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s impeachment inquiry, which many call a “witch hunt,” voted on by Christmas, it might just qualify as a Christmas miracle, and all should be ready for a bloody fight.
