NY Times smacks Biden with SOTU fact-check: See what they wrote

“I am cutting our carbon emissions in half by 2030,” said Biden.

The New York Times noted, “Mr. Biden has a goal of cutting greenhouse gas emissions in the United States roughly in half by 2030. But it is not at all clear the policies he has put in place will get the country there.”
