Democrats are furious after the news that Capital One and Discover Financial Services are merging, consolidating the credit card market and increasing financial stability for both institutions.
That didn’t make the leftists happy, leading far-left Democrat Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts to send a letter to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Federal Reserve (Fed) to block the merger.
