Urban Honolulu

Positioned as the closest city to China and surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, Honolulu is considered the worst for evacuations. With 354,510 residents, it is estimated that a one-megaton bomb would cause 20,920 deaths and leave 56,710 injured.
