On Thursday night, Joe Biden gave the most divisive speech in the history of the presidency, attacking 75 million Trump-voting Americans as “MAGA extremists”
While standing behind a hellish blood-red background, Biden exclaimed, “Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”
Biden said, “There’s no question that the Republican Party today is dominated, driven, intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans. And that is a threat to this country,” adding, “MAGA Republicans have made their choice. They embrace anger. They thrive on chaos. They live not in the light of truth, but in the shadow of lies. Together, we can choose a different path.”
While Biden gave the speech, many on Twitter made the hashtag #PedoHitler trend as Biden’s fascistic speech triggered imagery from the Third Reich.
President Donald Trump ripped Biden after his unhinged speech, as the New York Post reports:
“Someone should explain to Joe Biden, slowly but passionately, that MAGA means, as powerfully as mere words can get, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Trump, 76, wrote soon after Biden’s Thursday night attack.
“If he doesn’t want to Make America Great Again, which through words, action, and thought, he doesn’t, then he certainly should not be representing the United States of America!”
Congresswoman Yvette Herrell (R-NM) wrote after the divisive speech, “Joe Biden’s speech last night was incredibly disappointing. Instead of advocating for unity, he chose to attack and demean millions of Americans. That is not leadership!”
“If you look at the words and meaning of the awkward and angry Biden speech tonight, he threatened America, including with the possible use of military force,” Trump insisted in a second response on his Truth Social network.
“He must be insane, or suffering from late-stage dementia!” he wrote of Biden, who turns 80 later this year.
