Rep. MTG says Twitter suspended her by ‘mistake’ again after she wrote ‘He is risen!’

On Monday morning, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) announced on Twitter that the social media platform had yet again suspended her from the platform by “mistake” yesterday after she tweeted “He is risen” to commemorate Easter Sunday, the day the Lord Jesus Christ was resurrected.

Previously on the free speech social media platform “Gab,” Taylor Greene reportedly wrote, “After tweeting, ‘He is risen! Happy Easter!’ I was suspended this morning for 12 hours!” She added, “Was it my Christian faith? […] My willingness to Fire Fauci? Message to Big Tech: I’LL NEVER STOP!!!”

Rep. Taylor Greene wrote, “@Twitter suspended me again by “mistake” yesterday after I tweeted, ‘He is risen.’ Everyone knows that’s a LIE, and it was no mistake. Curious if Twitter has ever suspended @LouisFarrakhan by mistake? Or any of his followers that want to kill police?”

Twitter told Mediaite, “We use a combination of technology and human review to enforce the Twitter Rules across the service. In this case, our automated systems took enforcement action on the account referenced in error. This action has been reversed, and access to the account has been reinstated.”

This is the second time Rep. Taylor Greene has been subjected to Twitter suspension and reinstatement with a similar tweet the platform claimed was done in “error.”

Previously, the platform conveniently suspended her on the day Democrats had introduced a far-flung proposal to expel her from Congress.
