Judge blocks TX state order, allows killing babies through abortion during COVID-19 pandemic

On Monday, it was reported by The Washington Examiner that U.S. District Judge Lee Yeakel “blocked Texas from enforcing a recent order, which labeled abortions as nonessential medical procedures that must be suspended in the state amid the outbreak.”

“Regarding a woman’s right to a pre-fetal-viability abortion, the Supreme Court has spoken clearly. There can be no outright ban on such a procedure,” wrote Yeakel.

Planned Parenthood has filed lawsuits against other states implementing similar orders.

Students for Life of America President Kristan Hawkins “SHAMEFUL…Texas Planned Parenthood abortionist went to court saying that that LIFE ENDING abortions trump LIFE SAVING care, refusing to redirect their PPE resources to #COVID19 healthcare workers. And, once again, a judge overrules duly elected officials.”
