On Monday, Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), or better known as “Spartacus,” endorsed former Vice President Joe Biden for president, who he called the “answer to hatred & division.”
Booker wrote in a statement, “[Joe Biden] won’t only win – he’ll show there’s more that unites us than divides us.”
“He’ll restore honor to the Oval Office and tackle our most pressing challenges. That’s why I’m proud to endorse Joe,” he continued.
Booker is the latest 2020 Democrat dropout for president to endorse Biden, following Kamala Harris’ endorsement on Sunday.
The freshman senator is well-known for his embarrassing “I am Spartacus” moment in a Senate committee hearing.
