Impeachment inquiry has made Trump more popular with likely Dem voters

According to a Rasmussen poll released on Friday evening, Democrat support of President Trump’s job performance rose by two percent since September, with 25% of respondents saying they approve.

The numbers come after months of hearings, where accusations of President Trump’s wrongdoing have shifted from a “quid pro quo,” to “bribery,” then to “obstruction of Congress,” to “witness intimidation,” and back to bribery.

On Thursday, Nancy Pelosi instructed House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), to draft articles of impeachment against President Trump, which are expected to be voted on in the coming weeks.

Two recent Rasmussen and Emerson polls show President Trump’s black approval rating has skyrocketed to a massive 34%.
