On Tuesday, the liberal media spent the entire day lying about a senior U.S. Department of State official, Mina Chang, who currently serves as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State at U.S. Department of State.
According to a phony MSNBC report, the network claims Chang is unqualified for her position, claiming she lied on her resume, despite no factual inaccuracies, other than a fake TIME Magazine cover (even though many people have vanity TIME covers, and no one actually thinks this happened). Heck, the President himself has some!
The report does into invasive detail, claiming Chang’s global nonprofit Linking the World, was not as large as claimed (which is inaccurate), and said she invented a role on a United Nations panel, despite her actually working with the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), which is true.
The article claims that Chang said, “we have in-house K9 search and rescue teams, we have testified in front of hearing committees on Capitol Hill, we’ve done things like lectured at West Point, brief chiefs of staff at the Pentagon.” Chang’s social media accounts and public profiles reflect this, which the article tries to claim is false.
The slanderous article also berates Chang for claiming she is an alumna of Harvard Business School, which is factually accurate, as she has a certificate from the school, and the university encourages graduates to use the term “alumna” when citing their credentials.
MSNBC even goes as low as to belittle Chang’s social life, including her presence as a global peacemaker, taking photographs with notable people such as Bill Clinton’s Secretary of State, Madeline Albright and former Director of the Central Intelligence Agency Gen. David Petraeus.
The smear job is just another relentless attack against a very highly-qualified young woman, with a passion for public service.
