On Thursday morning, Elisa Martinez, who serves as the Executive Director to the New Mexico Alliance for Life, appeared on Fox & Friends with Ainsley Earhardt to speak about Elizabeth Warren’s use of the “Native American” heritage to get ahead in her career.
Martinez also penned Fox News Opinion article on the subject, writing, “As a Native American woman, when I heard Sen. Elizabeth Warren speak of her heritage, I was intrigued. Then the tragic irony became apparent. Her policies proved she knew nothing about us.”
Warren has been claiming Native American heritage for years, which has contributed to her career successes, including prestigious professorships at Harvard Law School, despite her vehement denial.
“I’m a Latina with New Mexico roots over 15 generations deep on dad’s side of the family and on my mother’s side we’re Zuni and Navajo. I’m an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation and … I’m a Republican,” said Martinez.
Martinez is considering a run for U.S. Senate from New Mexico and says she is talking to folks around the state. As Executive Director of New Mexico Alliance for Life, Martinez says she has over 28,000 supporters ready to turn back the clock on abortion, which is why she is mulling jumping into the race.

New Mexico needs you!!! Values have lost and many morals are just gone. How can our children hang onto anything good when the people in power keep taking the goodness out of life? New Mexico is a very beautiful and historic state. Land of Enchantment….it stole my heart in 1989. I love living here but politically we suck. Educationally we are terrible. I just hope the right people will come forward and run for offices that need them and be Pro-life for our children and hopefully get rid of the money grabbing Politicians…we hear nothing good from the other party! My husband is a 30 year Navy/ Army retiree and served his country well..VERY well!! Thank you for wanting to run for office! I believe we need your service in office
